Beautiful hotel and sunny location

Pros: We loved our stay at The Lodge 30A. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and it had a great location to explore the neighboring seaside resorts and beaches by bike.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Great hotel on 30A!

Pros: We had the best two night at Lodge 30A. The staff were ale super helpful and always with smiles on their faces. The room was spacious and clean. We will for sure be back!

Lovely and modern rooms with kitchenette

Pros: The hotel is really modern and newly finished. The staff were really lovely on both check in and check out. There is a small gym and shop onsite for snacks drinks and ready meals. Parking is a plenty.

Cons: Our room was spotless except for a small pile of very short hair by the sink (like someone had been shaving their beard) and what we suspected was a used tower not noticed by room cleaning in the back of the bathroom door.

Pros: Nice property . Very friendly staff. Close to beaches , food and shopping .

Cons: Room 132 located on first floor at end of hall with exterior door to parking lot and cigarette receptacle. Door constantly opened / closed banging loudly. And all hours of the night..

Great rates and perfect location! Very clean and inviting place to stay!

Pros: Walked to a nearby breakfast and dinner which was fantastic. Also nice coffee shop across parking lot. Location was perfect being so close to the beach and restaurants!

Cons: No complaints! Everything was perfect. We highly recommend to others.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The amenities were very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. Evelyn even helped us pick out a restaurant at the nearby Old Florida Fish House which was fantastic. I would 100% recommended this hotel. It was a great value for the price.
