Sugar Sands Beachfront Hotel

Not a bad stay..

Pros: We like the balcony, it was close to beach, the service staff was very nice..Raymond is accent to the company..

Cons: The parking lot was horrible, electrical outlets needed updated, the coffee was nasty..The first room needed a nightstand and tv..Need to update the remotes..

Unforgettable place to get away and reconnect with the ocean.

Pros: Access to the beach from the terrace door. Incredible view when you wake up. Very specious room and comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen.

Cons: If using aircon at night, it's a bit noisy. But with the warm climate in Florida I simply switched it off.

Pros: Beach front view. Parking is nice with overflow parking available just across the street. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Pros: Absolutely amazing location. view from balcony was almost right on the beach. staff were friendly and accommodating.

I’ll be back in a few weeks. The beach is where I can hear God the loudest. It’s good for your soul!

Pros: I love the location at Laguana beach. All the beach front rooms with ocean views are definitely a main reason. The deluxe has two separate bedrooms which is very nice. The kitchen and bathroom divides the bedrooms. The rooms have been remodel and are very clean. It’s reasonably priced for a few nights getaway or a week.

Cons: The one elevator. Mostly, I just ran up and down the which is good for your heart.

Pros: Perfect hotel, you have wonderful ocean view. The room is clean and you have everything you need for cooking ( microwave, oven, coffee machine). You have access to the beach just from the hotel. Free parking

Pros: The room was very clean! Staff was very helpful! This is our 3rd stay here.

Cons: The pool needs some updates. The room also needs A/C in both sides. One side stay hot.

No red flag to go for a swemming for two days it will be an excellent days off.

Pros: Room was real good. the only issue was the card keys to open main door. some time keys (s) didn't work. Have to go down to front desk for a reprogrammed key many times. Staff were very helping out with this issue. Housekeeping staff helped many time with this issue. Everyone looks worry to fix this issue. The location is excellent right front the beach. The ocean water crystal clear. the only bad was double red flag on the first two days of 3 we stood. Red flag means no one is allowed in the ocean. Other way $500.00 fine.

Cons: Room doors need lock updating. elevator needs runs faster.

Pros: BEACH WAS ABSOLUTELY CLEAR AND CLEAN WITH MINIMAL PEOPLE..... SO NOT CROWDED. I GREW UP IN THE PAN HANDLE AND ATTENDED SCHOOL IN PFANAMA CITY AND THE BEACHES WERE ARE PRISTINE AS WHEN I WAS A CHILD. ALL STAFF WERE KIND, HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING. WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!
