Pros: Front of house staff friendly the room was very clean the bed very comfortable .I'm pleased to report no dogs and no smoking smells that's what we asked for and this hotel delivered . Thank you Breakfast really enjoyed breakfast staff again very friendly

Cons: 1 compliant at the front of house in many ways to greet your arrival and cant avoid even should you try is a white marker board that is use for Religious Text only Nothing else the Christen faith .This alone puts me off another visit stay at this particular hotel .This is something i might expect to see in a hotel in Saudi Arabia not in the USA

We felt welcome and the entire staff gave excellent service.

Pros: The staff was friendly, the manager was excellent and Wayne (Dewayne) took great care of our room.

Cons: The shower head in the bathroom can be a stronger head.

Pros: New Hotel, tidy and clean, friendly staff, good location (on Saturday night we heard the mainroad nearby)

Cons: Breakfast is a Plasticfest! I really wonder, if there would not be an local, more sustainable way to serve breakfast?!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros: Liked having a breakfast provided. Location was perfect for us. Welcoming/fresh smell when you entered the facility and in the halls. Pool was nice and clean.

Cons: A change up in the breakfast would be nice...had eggs and sausage every day we were there. Also our room had work done (a new granite shelf installed above the microwave and new blinds installed) while we were away and without notice. Felt weird coming back seeing the changes...would have appreciated some notice.

Clean and cozy

Pros: The room was so clean and up to date. The staff was exceptional and made us feel like we were at home. We also enjoyed how the beach was only 5-6 mins away along with pier park.

Cons: The fire alarm went off at 8am one morning, took about 45 minutes for the fire department to come and disarm the alarm.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not bad. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that they had a bible verse on their welcome board.

Cons: Far away from any restaurants or the beach. Now within walking distance.
