Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel

Pros: Wonderful place, helpful and kind staff. The room is clean and comfortable. The pool is warm. Beautiful beach and sea.

Pros: I liked the view from the room, how clean it was and above all the treatment of the staff

Perfect in every way once we were assigned an oceanfront room on the seventh floor!

Pros: Lobby staff was overwhelmed when we arrived during spring break. But when we came back downstairs and asked to have our assigned room on the second floor changed because the ocean view was totally obscured by palm trees, they worked to find us another room. After a short wait we were given an end room on the seventh floor, one floor below penthouse level. The view was spectacular and the peaceful quiet despite the spring break customers was perfect!

Cons: Under the circumstances, there was absolutely nothing to quibble about and we have zero complaints.

We had the best time!

Pros: Anyone who gives this place a bad review is ridiculous and you should have spent more money on different accommodations because for the price it’s amazing…If this is your price point don’t have unrealistic expectations! The staff was incredible! I can not stress how wonderful they were! The view and beach access were amazing!

Relaxing

Pros: The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons: Needs remodeling in some areas but was told it's going to be renovated soon.

Pros: Customer service was great. Staff was nice and helpful. The location was perfect right on the beach. We loved the ocean view balcony. 😍 One staff member that stood out was the front the desk employee,Nattissa. I also liked the fact that parking is free.

Cons: When we first got there the elevators and ice machine weren't working. But, they fixed them promptly.. The pans in the kitchen to cook with do need to get updated. Also the tikie bar in the back was only.open one time during my four night stay. The hours that it was supposed to be open where never kept. It always closed early.. Except only one day of my stay.

Pros: Liked that the floors no longer have carpet. Clean room.

Cons: One of the elevators wasn’t working.

It’s a beautiful place and location. Highly recommend this hotel! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Pros: Prime location, comfortable, clean rooms. Our room had stove, oven, full-size refrigerator and microwave. The lower floors are beachfront, but some have palm trees in front of the window, so you can’t really see the view. They were nice enough to move us to the seventh floor, which had an incredible view of the ocean!Staff really strive to please! Excellent text communication!

Cons: The pool hours were horrible! Because it was spring break the pool/hot tub curfew was at dusk, unfortunately, it was around 6 PM. They said it was for everyone safety but there was unfair families couldn’t enjoy the facilities in the evenings. Pool towels were in short supply and they often ran out. Also, although all the rooms are beachfront with a balcony and ocean view, the beds are not in that room, so it’s not like you can lay in bed and see the ocean.

Pros: Easy to find and park. Check in was great and easy.

Cons: Elevator had a smell...dampness. only the one elevator was in operation. It did not seem too busy though. Quick response for usage.
