Pros: Everything was perfect. The beachfront rooms were really clean and very comfortable. Loved the good customer service, hot tub, heated pool, clean beach and fully equipped kitchen. I will definitely come again if I visit PCB!

Pros: It was a great location and indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. My family had a wonderful time.

Cons: It's a aging facility so if you need brand new everything you probably wouldn't prefer it but if your looking for clean and safe at a great price it's just for you.

Great value, nice place.

Pros: The hot tub was nice, also the lady at the front desk was super helpful

Cons: I noticed my room didn’t get extra blankets sadly, also the air conditioner had a bit of dust and was making some noise when I was trying to sleep.

We really love the Palmetto hotel and can’t wait to visit again.

Pros: The property is in the prime location! Couldn’t be better! Our beachfront room was perfect! We had the 2 queen bed sweet. It was very clean and comfortable!

Cons: Honestly, the only thing native was the pool was not warm. A longtime guest told us it had been that way for all four months she was there, although staff was saying the heater was broken and they’re trying to get it fixed. But the hot tub was wonderful!
