Great location with clean rooms

Pros: The location was perfect. Right on the beach and close to stores and restaurants.

Cons: The hotel was a little rundown rotten wood on the steps leading to the beach. There were steps every where not very wheelchair or beach cart friendly.the bathroom doesn’t look like it has been updated since the hotel was built. A microwave would have been nice too

Pros: All rooms are ocean view - watch out for other hotels with discount rates. You might be looking at the highway! Right next to Sharky's so no need to drive to get to the party! The ocean is just about 50 yards to the water so a very short walk to get enjoying the beach. There is a jet ski rental business on the lot next to the hotel, so you can rent one of those, or take a trip out on a tube behind the ski, or even go parasailing - they offer all 3.

Cons: The shower controls were hard to turn, and the door didn't shut very well, but hey for the value this place is the bomb! If you want 5-star luxury stay next door at the Raddison, pay 3X the price and be happy.
