Panama hats on Panama beach

Pros: Great place, right on the beach and the pool was fantastic. Parking nearby was excellent. I recommend this place for enjoyable stay.

The best hotel in Panama City

Pros: Wonderful hotel! Excellent service, clean and modern room with a breathtaking view. The best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, with great options to suit all tastes. The food at the restaurant was impeccable and fairly priced. The live music was a special touch.

Cons: It's not a complaint, just a suggestion: the beach umbrellas are taken down too early, especially in the summer when the sun sets much later — it would be great to be able to stay until the end of the day. Another point is for those staying in rooms with a small kitchen: there are no utensils or plates available. I give the hotel a 10 out of 10 and will definitely come back!

Our stay overall was great & the staff were lovely, especially on reception.

Pros: The room was lovely & smelled lovely & clean on arrival. It would be far better though if, when the towels etc were changed, that the floors were also cleaned. The floors needed to be cleaned more at breakfast & also the bar area & tables wiped down thoroughly throughout breakfast.

Cons: Dirty floors in breakfast area & dirty tables & bar area. It find isn’t acceptable that people from the pool area were allowed in the lifts & reception area whilst they were soaking wet through!!!! It is a health & safety hazard that needs addressing asap.

Perfect beach hotel

Pros: Location was excellent, you could walk straight onto the beach. We had a sea view room, which was fabulous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
