Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Pier Park Area

Pros: Free parking. Spacious rooms/suites. Nice breakfast. Super comfy beds and pillows. Staff lovely.

Cons: Super minor thing but with such a spacious suite the only mirrors were in the bathroom. As two female friends travelling another mirror would be great. There is plenty of room for one.

Huge room

Pros: Room was huge, almost lost my husband a couple times. breakfast was good.

Cons: That it rained, but that not their fault.

Pros: Good breakfast and location. It will be nice to add fruits, bold coffee was out before 9am, breakfast in the weekend should be until 10.

Great for the price, and a great location

Pros: The breakfast wasn't horrible, it was definitely edible and saved money from going out all the time. The staff I encountered were super nice and answered all of my questions. The place was super clean and welcoming.

Cons: My biggest flaw was the beds, they are pretty stiff and I had a hard time getting a good night rest during my whole stay.

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff and very comfortable.

Pros: We arrived early - receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. She allowed us to check in early and upgraded us to a suite. It was large and spotlessly clean. The pool area was clean and furniture was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - as per most Hampton Inns. There are also washer/dryer facilities - everything worked!

Cons: We loved the hotel but it was a little further from the beach that we thought (my bad). If it was not so hot, location is great.

Overall a good stay!

Pros: Rooms were clean, having a pool and a slash pad is so nice with littles. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all nice! Love that there is shampoo conditioner body wash hand soap and lotion in the rooms that ARE NOT the tiny bottles that are low quality and smell terrible!

Cons: Not as updated as most Hampton rooms we have stayed in, but it was clean and that is most important. I don’t really care for housekeeping only coming in every other day because the trash cans are tiny and we run out of towels quick. But most places are moving to the every other day or only upon request schedule so not much you can do about it.

Great hotel

Pros: I like the location of the hotel. The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was near restaurants and shopping. It was very convenient to the beach.

Cons: The ironing board pad needs updating. It was ripped and looked as if a previous guest spilled food on it.

Bae cations

Pros: I liked everything about this hotel from checking in to checking out everything was easy access the rooms was very clean the beds was very comfortable I didn't attend breakfast but I'm quite sure it was good,

Cons: The only dislike was I booked through booking.com and when I booked online I booked a king size suites but I was given a queen suites and I talked with the receptionist at the front desk and they informed me that I needed to contact booking.com because they were sold out of the king suites and they didn't know why they would advertise a king suites when they only had Queens and they charged me $274 and the couple that was with me had the same suite and was charged 264 that's the dislike.
