Perfect Beach, Magnificent Room View, Super Personel

Pros: The room had a wonderful view. The sea and the beach were just as perfect. I think it was an experience I will never forget for the rest of my life. After this trip, we went to Miami, but the beach and hotel in Panama never left my mind. The facility is in a perfect location, both in terms of price and location. We also had an incident. My wife had left the ring on the nightstand, and we probably dropped it on the floor. Then the carpet cleaning crew came in, and the ring got sucked into the machine. Thanks to the crew's help, we found our ring safe and sound the next day. This showed us that the hotel works with reliable staff and is trustworthy. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Austin, the front desk manager, for this wonderful experience. I will be returning to Panama as soon as possible, this time in May.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the $20 parking fee. At the very least, it should have been free for guests.

Pros: Staff was amazing and friendly. Impeccable views! Generous and super delicious breakfast. Loved the place. First but definitely not my last visit.

Cons: My only and main complaint would be how long the food/ dinner took at the reception area. We traveled 6hrs away and were starving. Food took forever to arrive and my child was very hungry. It wasn’t crowded so not sure why the wait. Also waitress continued to get the meal order incorrect. She came over with a plate filled with meatball pasta for my child when we don’t eat meat. This was after waiting 45mins already. So we were excited that we finally would have the shrimp pasta order but continued to be disappointed. We were only there for one night so this was the most upsetting part of my experience. But other than that, everything was great. *also the walls in the room were filthy with black marks/ streaks

Good location to stay

Pros: Located good with great view over the Gulf. Lovely beaches. Excellent staff.

Cons: Mediocre breakfast which seems fairly standard for American hotels at present

Pros: Beautiful views. The beach and pool area were great! I like the spacious bathroom as well.

Cons: I found the beds to be small and uncomfortable. I could deal with small but they were extremely uncomfortable.

Great stay for the 2nd time

Pros: Staff is courtesy the motel is clean loved the room. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here!!

Cons: Maybe remove the carpet and out down vinyl plank flooring!! AC in the bonus room!! Pro ably hot in there in the ☀️

Overall, our stay was great! We had a good time and my family enjoyed the pool.

Pros: Breakfast was awesome. The place is clean and quite. Staffs are helpful.

Cons: I did not realize that we had to pay for parking each day. When I booked I was not informed that parking is not free. I just don't like surprises.

Pros: I LOVED the balcony & hot breakfast the best! The doors opened into the room, instead of the old fashioned sliding doors!

Cons: There was a barking dog on the 10th floor close to us. I didn't know there were pets. Just service dogs I read...but, those bark too. That part stinks. We didn't complain...what good would it do?

Pros: Hotel was very clean an the staff was so nice. The food was great an the hotel was extremely meant for families. Loved the handicap facilities available an will be returning on our next vacation since my mother is still wheel chair confined. The hotel showers will make it easy for her also. Overall we loved this hotel
