Perfect for family vacations!

Pros: There was a bit of confusion bc the room advertised was not the room I was assigned. I called and they checked the online a saw the advertisement was wrong as well and I was assigned another room and was given an upgrade due to inconvenience. I LOVE this place and the customer service was TOP TIER! I only stay at this location when I visit Panama City!

Cons: Misleading website, BUT the customer service made it right immediately!
