Pros: We absolutely loved the condo, had all of the comforts of home! Everything we needed, the beach chairs were a plus. The condo was well stocked and very clean! We loved it is very roomy, the furniture was very comfortable! The balcony chairs were amazing. We look forward to coming back again and staying in 1804. Our host was very pleasant and always answered any questions I had! I would recommend this property to family and friends! We had the vacation of a lifetime! Thank you so very much!

Cons: There was nothing we did not like! Our experience was amazing! I came across the balcony chair broken and the can open did not work, also the fan in the bedroom did not blow air at all, so I went to purchase new one, contact the owner and let him know, he was very pleasant and even offered to pay me back, but I just ask for him to save me a spot next year for us to return!

Pros: We had zero problems with elevator wait time. All staff treated us well and was helpful when needed our entire 7 days there! The resort has a short and perfect access to the beach. With 3 pools, we never felt crowded at all. The resort is also located conveniently to everything. The condo itself is just what you need for a small group. I also loved that they had umbrellas and chairs for us to use :)

Pros: We love the view. And everithing was so confortable

Cons: The resort have a little problem, It is very frustrating to have to wait for the elevators sometimes for up to 20 minutes or more. But I would still stay at this resort again.

Pros: Absolutely loved the views! The homeowner was by far one of the most organized, honest, and the hospitality is one of the best I’ve yet to receive! 1000% recommend 1804 @ Tidewater! We will be back in the future

Cons: The elevator wait time was the worst! I believe they had someone there working on them as we were checking out though.
