Pros: The rooms are absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable.

Cons: The amount of time you have to spend waiting to get on an elevator.

Pros: So very clean and well thought out. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of blankets and towels. Very clean and plenty of space.

Pros: I loved the view! Having a kitchen fully supplied with everything needed was a bonus. Plus the washer and dryer made our week better.

Cons: It was difficult to reach the owner. We had a problem with kitchen plumbing and I called all numbers provided. They did get the problem fixed quickly. Front door lock was a bit tricky but information on site was provided but I had to search for it.

Pros: The staff was great and the condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Pros: The room was clean, like a picture, and the staff was helpful with plenty of kitchenware. We would rent again and enjoy the beach accessories we left for future guests.

Cons: The elevator was initially annoying, but once we were there for a day, we realized the right side of the building elevators arrived quicker.

Pros: We were very satisfied with my family, very large space and excellent view of the beach… I do not recommend to stay in emerald coast,because of the wait for the elevators it is a nightmare especially if you stay up to the 23rd floor many times the wait is 45 minutes..

Cons: The mattresses are not the best and the roll slat of the beds fell off about 2 times, the bathroom curtain needs to be replaced because it was super dirty at the bottom and had a bad smell..I love to cook and they don’t have enough pots and pans.

Pros: Everything about the condo was nice and the beachfront was very pretty. When elevators were being slow employees would get on them to make sure it went smoothly so the wait time for an elevator wouldn't be as ridiculous.. Most other condos won't \
