Amazing Sunset Oceanfront Condo

Would probably stay there again. Lives up to its name “Fabulous Sunsets”

Pros: Location, easy drive from airport, great deck, great beach, nice to have the amenities and a restaurant.

Cons: Just minor things. Freezer was open when I got there and water was on the floor and inside the lower freezer bin. Had to always jiggle the toilet handle or it would keep running Garbage disposal didn’t work Too close to the elevator. A lot of noise Needs a new couch

Pros: Amazing view. Everything on site you need. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer worked good. Easy check-in.

Cons: Elevators were a little slow. 5 minute wait wasn't too bad.

Pros: It was nice and clean the elevator was a nightmare

Cons: They wouldn’t nothing really the ladder on the bump bed was broken when we got there

Very good amenities for the price. Great location with tons to do nearby.

Pros: The location on the beach was great for getting to nearby activities. The view out over the Gulf was amazing. The parking was convenient. The facility felt secure and decently maintained.

Cons: The location of this unit is directly in front of the elevator which lead to additional noise while trying to sleep, although, the elevator itself was relatively quiet (no ding when door opened). The toilets were running. We requested a repair, but not sure they were successful.

It was a nice stay.

Pros: View did not disappoint. Conveniently located. Condo was nice, just not as nice as the one we viewed online, and thought we were getting.

Cons: The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open every single time. Would not recommend this unit for older people because of door. We are in our 60’s and it was a struggle getting out and back in. We ended up buying batteries for tv remote and light bulbs. Parking is as convenient as it can be due to location, but not ideal. Probably wouldn’t stay that high up again, 18th floor. We spent a lot of time on elevators and getting to car.

Great place! Easy beach access

Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing! Heidi helped me for over 2 hours trying to get the condo unit number and key code. The email with that information never came through that day and she and her associates went ABOVE and beyond to help me get in touch with the owner of the condo. It was a technical error, but they were INCREDIBLE with how they helped me!

Well appointed oceanfront condo with a stunning view!

Pros: The layout of the condo was perfect for our needs. The full kitchen and washer and dryer was an added value. And I received a very quick and helpful response when the lock malfunctioned!

Cons: The elevators can be a little crowded at certain times
