Our trip was relaxing and fun for the family.

Pros: Clean, convenient, and easy access to the beach. When the door lock wouldn’t work, the technician was able to coach me through trouble shooting and sending a repairman.

Cons: Nothing.

We had a good time besides getting stuck in the elevator for 30 + minutes

Pros: Beautiful scenery. Room had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. Pools and hot tubs were absolutely amazing. Host answered every question I had in a timely manner. It was our first time to Panama City beach and the experience was exceptional. Walking distance to pier park, restaurants, Marco pizza. And the pier. Short drive to Walmart. McDonald’s is like a 3-5 minute walk if that. It’s literally right across the street.

Cons: My family and another family got stuck in the elevator for 35 minutes. And when I say we got stuck I mean we were really stuck. The doors would not open the people in the elevator actually had to call 911 to receive help because the staff didn’t do anything accept ask us if we were still in there. Fire department came and forced the doors open we had to step up off the elevator about a foot or so. What really made me mad is we didn’t get a hey are you all alright. Or a sorry or anything. They could have least given us something or done something. But like I said none of us in the elevator didn’t hear a word from anyone. They acted like it never happened. Long wait time for elevators. And the master bedrooms bed was a little uncomfortable. The pull out beds you can’t even sleep on them because of the springs. My son had to use the pillows and cushions. But besides all that. It was a good stay. And I would stay there again. Just a little ptsd from the elevator

It was a very nice 5 day stay, check in and check out process was very easy. I suggest staying at the tidewater resort!

Pros: The view was AMAZING! Directly on the beach! It was easy to find and parking wasn’t too bad once we got the hang of it. We went during spring break and the elevators worked fine. We never waited more than 5 minutes for them and we were on the 26th floor.

Cons: The TV in the bedroom wouldn’t work, there were a few things broken, like door trim and Trim around the night stand. there was mold on the shower curtain in the bedroom bathroom which was kind of gross but we managed.
