Would gladly stay here again, just not on the 30th floor

Pros: Property was amazing! Clean. Beautiful. And close to the beach.

Cons: Elevators were horrible!!!

It was wonderful and the view was great! We would stay again!

Pros: I loved the two spacious pools, the incredibly spicy hot tub, the proximity to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and suited our family’s needs. The kitchen was well stocked!

Cons: The elevators were a loooong wait. Not only during check in, but just to get to and from rooms and levels. The property would do well to employ full time elevator staff or folks to help direct. There was a full time resident volunteer for check in and that was helpful but it was chaos. They may also want one side of elevators to be going up only and the others going down only during check in time. Or stagger check in times or a different system per rental company
