Summit 808 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo 1-6 People

Pros: The condo was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. It is also located fairly close to everything.

Cons: Some of the amenities could use some renovation, but the condo in itself was okay. There were some spots on the ceiling in the bathroom that may need to be looked at & some areas on the wall that may need repainting.

Pros: The room was amazing very clean and accommodating to all our needs as a family of 6. Beautiful beach view and nice pool.

Cons: The laundry room at the facility was awful. Only one of the washers worked and I had to figure out which one that was. Went to get change from the change machine and it was out of order so I went to the market and asked for quarters and she told me they don't give out change, I told her what happened and she did give me quarters for a dollar which helped but still. It was a little frustrating to say the least.

It was a great place will definitely go back.

Pros: It was a great location and it had everything we needed.

Cons: The shower curtain needs to be replaced, is getting moldy.

Pros: Great location convenient to everything we wanted to do. Condo was beautifully updated and decorated. The second sink outside the bedroom was great for two people sharing the bathroom.The view was amazing!!! Owner was very responsive.

Cons: The bedroom had wooden mini blinds that didn’t block out the parking lot lights so I had a hard time sleeping. Talked to owner and suggested blackout curtains which he was receptive to looking into.

Great value and location

Pros: Nice modern look right on the beach. Perfect size for a couple.

Cons: The shower did not drain properly every shower had standing water because it drained out slowly which is disguising. Did like the low bed. There is a dip in the floor between the bedroom and bathroom. The shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Pros: Very nice location and so peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful views. Awesome tiki bar. Room was clean and well stocked. I hope to stay again next year.

Pros: The big parking, bikini bobs being on site, the people who work at the summit

Cons: Nothing at all

We all really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The place was beautifully decorated, clean, beautiful location, and there was plenty of sleeping space for all of us.

Cons: One of the floorboards between the bedroom and bathroom was loose and you could not open the door from the bathroom side. The water was not working in the alcove sink between the bathroom and the bedroom.

We had an amazing vacation and loved our stay!

Pros: Location! The views were amazing. A lot of things to do on property also.

Cons: The elevators were the worst part. They can get busy and take a while to get one.
