We had great weather, enjoyable surroundings, & relaxing time at this place. The Summit facilities esp the landscapi

Pros: The decor was excellent. This was main reason we chose this condo - not disappointed at all. The high chairs on balcony were comfortable & positioned at right spot to see the beach. The “awning” over the balcony helped to shade it so we could sit out longer in the mornings.

Cons: The air conditioner/heating unit was very loud when it came on - tolerable in the day but at night took some getting used to. No garbage disposal was a little off but I got used to dumping garbage in the trash (no big problem- just used to having one).

Pros: Good Location Felt Safe Right on Beach Bikini Bobs was a great food place and super affordable if you didn’t want to venture out. Tiki Bar was nice

Cons: Master bed was extremely uncomfortable and loud Couch had stains all over it….they need to put couch covers on so they can be washed! Chair at kitchen table appeared to have blood on one of the seats.
