A perfect stay in paradise

Pros: A wonderful resort with a gorgeous view from the balcony. When you’re looking outside from indoors, it almost feels like you’re in the middle of the sea. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was much larger than we expected. We will be back to stay again in the future.

I went to rest and relax. I was alone and felt very safe. I spent very little time in the room.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, nice view, excellent location. BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. Security, free beach chairs and umbrella. Store, bar, and restaurant. 2 pools. I stayed on the 21st floor.. Safe to keep your beach toys in front of door. Fully stocked with kitchen items. However, I used very little and never used the dishwasher. Lots of space and large balcony. VERY QUIET.

Cons: Very slow elevators upon check in. Check in at 4p, get your luggage across the street in parking garage, load your luggage on to cart, walk back to the lobby, wait 30 minutes for elevator (or more). Unload in your room return the cart to 2nd floor. All in all it took me, over an hour to check in to get everything to my room. SLOW ELEVATORS with everyone checking in at the same time. Room looks like a rental and can see there is a lot of traffic in and out of this room. No ice maker. Has vacuum, but no broom and I brought in a lot of sand.

Overall we had a wonderful time at Tidewater and loved the location and the beautiful beach.

Pros: Location was great. Loved how quiet our condo was. Noticed there were several security officers on property all the time which we appreciated. The view of the Gulf was spectacular. Everyone at Tidewater was very friendly. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big refrigerator.

Cons: The unit could definitely use an upgrade in some areas. We were a little surprised by the scuffed up baseboards and floors. Paint chipping off on bathroom door. Rust on the washer. Perhaps just some attention to these types of details would help this unit.

Pros: The location and view was perfect! The door code was convient for the rooms.

Cons: I didn’t like how high priced the restaurant was but it was wonderful food!! Also the elevators having to wait for 30 minutes at a time was awful!
