Pros: The location was perfect! Condo felt like home away from home!! The staff was friendly - there was a Karen next door but 🙃. I was honestly suprised to see that the hot water stayed hot even when both bathrooms were in use & for long periods at a time as we had 3 kids & 3 adults. Check in was at 4 but i called explained the kids were getting antsy a they let me check in early at 12 which was a GREAT help.

Cons: The balcony door & door to enter would be my only complaint. Balcony door is extremely hard to open & the entrance door gets stuck, also the code they gave for the entrance door was so long that i had to have my phone on me at all times. Nothing major.
