Been here 2 times love the resort and the family friendly activities

Pros: Different kids of areas for swim, food bar, alcoholic bar, non alcoholic bar for kids with drinks that would be considered alcoholic, candy shop with great ice cream!

Cons: No ice machine but there is a ice vending machine elevators can take a while but that’s beside the point far from the downtown area about 20 mins from everything

We had a wonderful trip and will probably come back

Pros: Roomy and close the ocean with tons of options for kids

Cons: Lacking in some items that would have been helpful. There is a full kitchen but no dish soap other than the dishwasher detergent. It would have also been nice to have even 1 extra blanket.

Greatly enjoyed the beach and pools

Pros: Location right on the beach. Splash pool and lazy river was great for our 4 year old grandson.

Cons: The check-in process was ridiculous. We got an email indicating that check-in was 4-6 pm. We got there at 4:55 and the registration desk was closed. The email gave us a code to get into the room but it didn’t work. I asked a security guard what we should do. He suggested we call the owner but we had no idea who the owner is. After calling several numbers I finally found someone who could give me the right code. This process took about an hour while my family waited outside the room in nearly 100 degree heat. Furniture in the room was old and shabby. One leg on the coffee table kept falling off.
