Pros: Love the parking garage to bridge walk way. Make it’s a great location to park and covered walkway with no worry of traffic. Excellent amount of pools, beach access, and cleanliness

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: That I cold fit my family. The drier and washer was the best because we didn't have to leave with dirty clothes or leave dishes . Ice with refrigerator and the pool with a bar in it that awesome . The parking with a walkway so can load your bags and walk them over to your room

Cons: All good

Pros: We tried to eat at Butters for breakfast, spent $18 on two doughnuts (the kids liked them) but ended up throwing away $14 worth of breakfast sandwiches - they were horrible, don't get them!

Cons: The elevator & the sliding glass doors to the pool kept tearing up while we were there, but my kids are afraid of elevators anyway, so we were taking the steps either way.

Our family had a great vacation. But with the price ww paid we expected a well maintained and comfortable unit. I’m sure

Pros: Very nice pools and play areas for kids. Ocean front. Nice parking garage across the street with a crosswalk over the street for safety. Convenient layout with hallway bunks.

Cons: Sleeper sofa was completely broken down. The sleeper frame was laying down on the floor underneath one side. Couch cushions were so flat that they were falling down into the frame. Missing button. Worn finishes on painted bunks and some minor drywall damage. (Nothing a little touch up couldn’t fix.) Countertops were sticky and sandy on our arrival. Stairwell by East wing pools and another area between the two wings were roped off with yellow caution tape for our entire stay. Extensive wait on elevators on Sat&Sun.

It was WONDERFUL!

Pros: I was there to relax. I had a problem with the air conditioner being locked on 69 degrees. I’m more of a 73 degrees person. Called the number I was given and was immediately taken care of and he was very nice. The view was great and it was close to everything I like to do.

Cons: I would have preferred the bed room to be a beach view, but it was fine.

Pros: Very enjoyable, wish the room had been a little bigger but it was fine considering it was only 2 of us.

Cons: The room had a love seat but was unable to use it since it was positioned under the tv. I think maybe it would have been better at the foot of the bed

Nice spontaneous weekend getaway

Pros: We didn't meet many staff members, but the ones we did were friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the beach, and parking.

Cons: Hot tub didn't seem to be working. It was lukewarm. We understand we came in April and it's still cooler. Something that would have been nice is if the splash pad could have a heated system. It's water was colder than the pools.

10 out of 10, will come back again

Pros: Everything! Location was great, easy to get to all the attractions. Beach was great!
