Very nice play to stay in a great location

Pros: The location of the property is great as it’s not too far from everything. The beach was never crowded and assessable straight from the property. The outdoor pool/hot tub was nice. The unit itself was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. The master bedroom was very nice with a nice walk in shower and powder room. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Parking was a breeze. The property stayed in touched with us and answered any questions we had very promptly. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for a nice stay

Pros: It was well furnished and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Plenty of space for everyone and the balcony was fantastic. The beach was never crowded and parking was super easy.

Cons: The pool and pool deck was a little on the smaller side but the kids still enjoyed it.

Great vacation

Pros: The room was nice and clean power kept flickering and phone reception was weak, the view of the ocean was great, very nice location just seconds from beach and u have everything around you that u need

Cons: That i couldn't no longer than a week lol

Great beachfront location and views, but the check-in process and lack of essentials made things less convenient.

Pros: Location was really good, beachfront, facilities available (bathroom and shower downstairs near the beach), beautiful apartment, well decorated, awesome beach view from 7th floor (the one we got), elevator, laundry in unit.

Cons: I was a bit confused about the instructions to park (you have to print it out previously before parking), but not that difficult. Confusing instructions about how to get into the apartment (you have to download an app to get into, mine was sent to spam), there were kitchen appliances but there was no basic things such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil. so if you are spending more time and cooking you get to buy allllll those basic things. There were just one simple roll of toilet paper and no extras. Kitchen tools were very basic. There were sand on the bunk beds, we had to wash the sheets prior to use it.

It was well worth the money

Great location, beach front condo - would stay again!

Pros: Location was great, the condo was comfortable and the little welcome pack with coffee, filters and creamers was a nice touch.

Cons: Only negative was the street noise we could hear at night from the bedrooms.

Pros: Everything was quiet and comfortable. Clean and spacious.

Cons: Their was some construction on the hot tub and it sucked not being able to use it but we also understand repairs and upgrades need to be made.

Pros: Love that its right on the beach and its really relaxing watching the waves.

Excellent location and plenty of space

Pros: The location was amazing! We were in a spot with few people compared to the places closer to Pier Park, plus it was right across the street from a Winn-Dixie and CVS. It was quiet, and we never had to wait for a free beach chair and umbrella. This unit had 2 separate balconies with ocean views; one front and center and the other to the side off the master bedroom. The mirror wall was really pretty, and the layout of the unit worked well for our family. Everyone felt their beds were comfortable and slept well each night. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, had a full-size fridge/freezer, and a coffee maker that could brew a whole pot or just one cup. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the ease of access to both the pool and the beach.

Cons: I'll start by saying there wasn't anything that would keep us from wanting to stay here again. That being said, the unit was a little dated as far as furniture, and a few places on ceiling in the bathroom needed cleaned, but to be fair, it is also probably used a ton and older. There was an elevator that was out of service, but the other was working fine, and since the resort wasn't crowded, we didn't wait long for it at any point. Do keep in mind that only 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella come with a unit on the beach. You have to rent others even if you have more than 2 occupants in the unit.

Pros: The elevator is slow. The hot tub outside doesn’t work Rooms glass doors need greased and track cleaned hard to open close and lock! Could use better outdoor patio furniture and better couch in living room
