Pros: Cleanliness of unit and property. Proximity to Oceqn and activities

Cons: There seemed to be no outdoor lights in back yard for grilling.. The rug in the dining room is curled on corners and a tripping hazard. The bathroom with only a shower upstairs is way too small Need a Smart TV upstairs
