Pros: Great view. Rooms very clean and very nice. Well stocked with kitchen necessities. Very comfortable and eye appealing. Overall a very good to great experience...with just minor inconveniences.

Cons: The strictness associated with early Check-In and Check-out. The threat of fees at every turn. We couldn't relax and just enjoy ourselves without worrying about receiving a fee for something. Parking fee, early Check-In fee, late Check-out fee, lost bracelet fee, cleanliness fee, non-smoking fee, etc, etc. Light bulbs burned out. **TV remotes very confusing and hard to operate with network. Carts wouldn't fit inside room. Gate codes to pool from beach and parking lot worked about half the time. Had to reenter the code several times to get it to open. Property not close to the pier. The picture of water activity for kids white water and water slides needs to be removed from pictures of the room and it's amenities. It implies and makes you think that it is on the property and offered by the property. To include that picture, a clause should be added that it does not come with the property. Elevator wait was long at times and not all three worked at all times. Pools were made to appear larger than they actually were. I was very disappointed with the pools and never used them.

It was a beautiful place to stay at and I would definitely book with you guys again.

Pros: It was a great quiet and beautiful place right on the beach!!

Cons: I don’t have any complaints.
