Overall it was a great stay. I wish the HOA was loosen up a little bit and also wish that the staff and surrounding staf

Pros: That had two big pools and a hot tub right on the beach

Cons: HOA seem to target a certain family that was also staying there. He basically harassed his family their whole trip. I felt like that was a bit ridiculous. The reason for it was because they were playing music which was not in the rules not to do and the family asked everyone around the pool area if it was OK and we all agreed And then the HOA decided to call the cops on this family multiple times. They put sour taste in my mouth for this place. Another thing is seeing most condos came with two beach chairs. I also thought I had beach chairs with my condo. There is multiple people in my condo that Received beach chairs in their package. When I went to ask about mine I got charged for them. Those were my two bad experiences

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. We also loved the view of the beach from the balcony.

Pros: I loved the location and convenience to amenities and the beach. There were great places to eat within walking distance.

Cons: Overall parking was convenient: however, the parking spaces were extremely tight for our pickup truck and handicap spaces were utilized by vehicles without visible handicap decals, which was somewhat frustrating as two of our guests have mobility issues. Also, the mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable.
