Pros: House is beautiful. Nice, cozy street, away from hustle and bustle. Easy access to beach and pool. Golf Cart a super plus !!!!

Amazing, quiet, fun filled time had at 30A. Stay at this Beach Bungalow YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Pros: The entire home was fantastic. JP (owner/host) was in communications with me via email and text, which made it easy for us. The location is perfect. A quick walk to the private and public beach. Convenient to everything and restaurants. The golf cart and bikes are an added bonus which everyone enjoyed. Instead of having to drive everywhere the golf cart made it easier and everyone is respectful of them on the road. I've already highly recommended this house to others plus 30A for visits. We are planning our next return. Thank you JP for your home.

Cons: One side of the toaster did not work but not an issue and the garbage company did not pick up the previous persons garbage nor ours but JP was on it after I sent her a text. There were no laundry pods but we managed. EVERYTHING else was great

Fun, quick getaway.

Pros: Location is convenient. Golf cart and 4 bikes included. The pool is shaded, could be a plus or minus but nice after being in the sun all day.

Pros: The location, beach access, golf cart and beach accessories were remarkable! Everything offered Ave the space made traveling with an infant so easy!

We had a wonderful time and were able to relax and enjoy because everything was easy and comfortable during our stay.

Pros: Great amenities: beach chairs, golf cart, bikes and things for the beach! 3 Sep beds and baths, great location to the beach. Quiet area with lots of trees and nice screened in porch.

Beach family trip amazing time.

Pros: The location to the beach was very close and the house itself felt secluded so was close to Timor’s but didn’t feel crowded and busy at the same time so the best of both worlds. Communication w the host was excellent. Would love to stay there again.
