Pros: 1809 east was well furnished and comfortable, only real complaint is the channel selection in the master bedroom the living room has a better setup with direct TV. As far as cleanliness was ok,I did find a receipt from a previous guest in the master bedroom. The balcony turns the corner of the unit due to it being on the end of the building. The balcony chairs were just plain Jane, could have been better.

Cons: The fact that I had to spend $60 for a parking pass and beach chairs were not included in the rental of the unit.
