Pros: Our condo was nicely decorated and spacious and very clean. Absolutely loved the location being right next to Pier Park. The food across the street at tower 3 (Emerald Hub) was the best food we had in PCB even beating out all the expensive restaurants we ate at. Incredible views. We saw so much sea life from our balcony. We saw sharks, sea turtles, rays, and a manatee!

Cons: My only complaints would be that there wasn’t a ramp down to the beach and it was hard carrying our wagon up and down the stairs to the beach each day. Also I feel like the chair vendor setting up 4 rows deep of chairs everyday was overkill when only about a 3rd of those were actually occupied at any given time. Oh and even though this wasn’t in our tower our family stayed in tower 2 and was stuck on a broken elevator for nearly an hour.

Pros: It was clean and the host was amazing. Very accomedating! It was close to Pier Park. We could walk to many places.
