Ocean View Retreat - Beachfront Bliss

Pros: We liked the location, the view, beach. Everything was great except staff.

Cons: We were not impressed with any staff, from the get go. Rude and not helpful. Do they not realize that people are paying to stay there, among a lot of other places, so some basic customer service would be nice. We obviously arent from around there and have never stayed at your resort, so the short, no help answers made the trip off to great start. Once you know whats up and get situated, you can just avoid them... except the main guy down at the beach, in the hut. Rude and not helpful. Like we were a huge inconvenience. Again, pretty sure.we are paying to be there. When i first asked about chair rental, he said 50 for the day, 180 for the week. Come to find out. It came with our room. Never asked our room number, nothing. So we managed to get one the last day we were there. Just comes off like prick and when youre from out of town, again, paying guests, i feel like we deserved better. Everyone deserves better. That guy, as well as security in site, all staff should be reminded that we are paying good money to be there, so them acting like doing their job is too much, they should do something about that.
