Had an incredible time with our kids in the pools with a great view of the ocean in the mornings!

Pros: Family friendly property, nice pools when plenty of room, the view from the balcony

Cons: You have to wait forever on the elevators, way too crowded to only have four elevators and there is NO air in them. We waited about 20 minutes just to be able to get an elevator to get all our belongings down to the car to leave today. Other than that we took the stairs the rest of the time to avoid waiting so long! The property seemed pretty clean when we arrived. Until we was getting everything straightened up before leaving today and I touch the top of the dishwasher and gagged at all the greasy stuff on top. We didn’t stay there but 2 days and we was hardly in our room. But over all it appeared pretty clean when we arrived.

every day we was there was good except the day of our departure

Pros: everything in our room was great. it was clean and ready for us to check in earlier than the original 4pm check in time .

Cons: the security wasn’t very assuring. the people at the entrance were always nice. our last night there our jeep was broken into and when we reported it the next morning I didn’t get the feeling that it was taken seriously.
