Stay was great. Host made things difficult

Pros: We liked the location and in the amount of pools and hot tubs

Cons: We didn’t receive the emails for registration of the vehicle made things very confusing and hard we didn’t get the sign off sheet email to sign off and receive our door code we had to call real joy to receive any of this. Waited an hour in the parking garage with the security trying to get it all fixed made things very hard wasn’t a smooth check in at all.

Pros: We love the view the room was really nice with the exception and not having enough storage space for clothing for the other guests but overall it was wonderful

Cons: They need more dressers for the guess who has to sleep in the living room to put their belongings

Great overall experience!

Pros: Very quick response from Realjoy. Would definitely book with them again.

Cons: Elevator was slow because one was out the whole time we was there.

We had a great stay!

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised to have 3 beach chairs a beach umbrella and a small cooler in the room to be able to use. I imagine these were left from previous renters. So I paid it forward and left a couple beach towels and a few other little things that hopefully will surprise the next visitors! The toaster should be replaced before it causes a fire and the outside outlet needs fixed. But everything else was great!

Cons: As I mentioned above...the outlet on the balcony doesn't work and the toaster needs replaced before it causes a fire.

Pros: Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay .Everything was great and if I needed help with anything, I could give them a call an the assistant was on point. If anyone wants a great vacation place this the one to get.
