Everything was great only problem was couldn’t get really any sleep.because-of attight

Pros: Hotel was very clean and nice. Everything worked in the room. Everything you needed was right there around your location. I will definitely book again.

We loved the property and felt very safe .we will go back.

Pros: Had no breakfast restaurant was closed .my family loved the hot tubs and pools and the fact they grounds keepers were working hard to close and clean pools etc .loved the layout of rooms and had 2king beds. Loved the fast icemaker. The double entrance door made us feel safe .

Cons: The bedding was ratty and tattered.our master bed mattress didnt fit the box spring. The decorative pillows and couch pillows were gross.and .smelly and stained needed dry cleaning. We are a family who is very clean and the carpet throw rug in living rm was stinking and nasty. Needed cleaned or replaced. The couch table stool or coffee table thing was peeling black pieces all ocer needed replaced. But those are kinda minor BUT made us feel less clean for 4days.i did report this as well that 2of our TV s were on and controllers were on the bed like someone had just been there when we got there.and it qas HOT 🔥 in the room and we are a cooler temp group 69 70 deg air-conditioned temp.we had to turn it down a couple times but tried to meet yoir requirement of 70 a.c. i thought for the price we should have 1more roll of toilet ppr for each bathrm and 1more ppr towel i had to purchase extra it was annoying. We needed few extra bags in bottom of trash can too.esp. bec we cooked and used the trash a lot.
