Pros: Good location and beach access. Comfy bed.

Cons: The couch/loveseat and rugs are dirty and need to replaced. I covered the couch with sheet before I’d sit on it. 😑

An enjoyable stay! Only the couch is really bad!

Pros: Location! Indoor hot tub! High back chairs on the balcony! Great view!!

Cons: The couch is Done! You can barely sit on it to watch TV, much less sleep on it! Need replacing terribly! Maybe leave instructions for the ceiling fan!
