Ocean Oasis PCB Condo with Balcony and Beach Views!

Pros: Condo is absolutely beautiful, up to date and had everything we needed. My 5 year old was so excited for all the beach toys provided and I was amazed with the ocean and lake view. Owners were amazing at communicating. The beds were extremely comfortable. I added to the pineapple Willy cups. So make sure you take one down for a discounted drink! The hot tub and pools were very clean. Hot tub.. HOT!.. heated pool? Luke warm. But kids still got in. I couldn’t believe how fast the elevators were and there are plenty of them!

Cons: Since we came in December.. everything at the resort is closed other than one small burger restaurant. My beach access never worked. Walking across the street can be a pain to have to walk back and ask for help every time so We used pineapple Willy’s to access. I wanted to take a morning walk and the guard told me he couldn’t help with the gate I would have to wait for the lobby to open. “ I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t do anything about it” The resort itself is just too strict. The resort is HUGE. It’s a must to bring a wagon to go back and forth from your condo.

The location was amazing. The room was amazing, the property needs to do better.

Cons: The room was so great the things that turned us off were the things the host could not control, like the grounds were not kept up. The elevators, always breaking! A lot of rules at the pools, and they were so cloudy and didn’t feel like they were cleaned the entire time over there and that kept you from enjoying it. The lake area had so much trash in it.

Condo great, resort not.

Pros: The condo itself was wonderful, but the resort was not that great.

Cons: You could smell people smoking weed from the other condos. The pools were too crowded. Elevator wait time was ridiculous and one of the elevators was out of service. Staff I initially dealt with was not friendly at all.

Pros: Didn't know they had breakfast. We had a condo, so we fixed our own breakfast.

Cons: The elevators were extremely busy. They even broke down at times. Being on the 17th floor and having to wait sometimes over 20 minutes to get on or off the elevators is ridiculous.

Had a wonderful four day location getting ready to book my next one

Pros: This condo is extremely nice clean wonderful view and Julie was a great contact and made everything super easy
