Beachfront Studio - Perfect Location - Free Beach Chairs

Pros: The location is wonderful, the beach view is amazing, it is a beautiful and perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach and many places around it. The studio was really beautiful and it had everything that we needed. The pool is really clean and the beach is fantastic. In case of a rainy day, there are fun places to enjoy with your family.

Cons: There isn't any reason to charge for a cleaning and maintenance fee when you should follow a big process of check out that includes wash the dishes, through away the trash, leave the room organize as you found it the first day. We also found a plant decoration that was broken, and the remote of the ceiling fan wasn't working, so they should check everything before the guest check in.

Pros: The property was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Nice pools. Beautiful Ocean Views.

Cons: There was no lock on the bathroom door, but that wasn’t really an issue.

Overall great stay

Pros: The property was perfectly located on the beach. The pool was nice and the onsite games were a nice touch. The room had everything we needed and had a good ocean view. There was no balcony however we did not feel like it was needed as there was seating all around the property. Overall we had a great experience!

Cons: The only issue we had was with the ceiling fan as there was not a way to turn off the light and keep the ceiling fan on. There was only one switch that controlled the ceiling fan and the light and not a switch on the fan itself.

Pros: Condo was absolutely perfect ! Very clean, affordable and accommodating. Beach location is perfect ! Will be staying here again!

Great stay!

Pros: Stay was great! Room is spacious and clean. Everything we could have needed was inside. The only down was the comfort of the mattresses.

Pros: Alles lief Problemlos. Das Zimmer war schön und in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar Kaffee war da, genügend Handtücher und Parkplätze. Direkt an Strand gelegen mit eigenen liegen und Schirmen.

Cons: Die Dusche war schon etwas alt und funktionierte teilweise nicht sehr gut. Die Badtür war einmal kurz aus gehangen. Konnten wir wieder richten.

The best location, nice pool area and beach was easy access. We love it at Top of the Gulf.

Pros: We were sent the key codes 3 days before arrival. We were also able to check in early. Very good communication with the host that would respond within minutes. Very good experience with everything! :)
