A really nice hotel in a great location, with a fabulous pool!

Pros: Great location and very clean with a nice modern feel.

Cons: The fact that they couldn’t get us in for another night! The restaurant wasn’t open and they didn’t seem to offer evening meals, so we walk a short distance to a very nice seafood restaurant.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff.

Pros: The room was well done, comfortable and very clean. Our view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: Not a fan of valet parking. Although, your staff was excellent and the car was always brought around promptly.

Pros: The hotel was fairly new so it was impeccable! The cleanliness, the decor, and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was not very good on the first day, the staff did not maintain the availability of the items listed as being a part of the breakfast buffet. However, on the second day, the breakfast checked all the boxes and the omelets were great! The room was beautifully appointed and we also used the exercise room and had a good workout. The location was AWESOME! Pier Park is in the backyard!

Cons: When I booked the room I thought the beach would be right out the door because the hotel is advertised as beachfront but it is actually beach adjacent. Front Beach Road is in front of the hotel and there were powerlines in the view of the ocean from our balcony. However, I LOVED THE VIEW! Also, the hot tub was out of service but everything the hotel offered far exceeded the things that could be a complaint.

Gorgeous place!

Pros: The hotel is beautiful- loved the friendly valet, the pool, & amenities like cocktails/breakfast. Rooms were superb also!

Cons: Same front desk agent checked us in and out- she was cordial but was distracted talking to co-workers both times and we didn't feel very welcomed or valued

Pros: it was very clean and close to everything, the shopping mall very convenient, staff people very nice, breakfast and happy hour were great!

Cons: that have to pay for parking $25 daily

It was a fun stay at a new place.

Pros: We loved the location of the Hotel. And, we loved the room set up.

Cons: We did not know that valet parking was the only option when we booked. But, it didn’t ruin the stay. We just never had a valet experience before so it was new.

Pros: Location 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Overall feel of hotel 10/10 We came for our anniversary and it was a very great trip! The firepits made for an intimate atmosphere. Receptionist helped my hubby surprise me with roses when we got back from our anniversary dinner. Enjoyed our stay so much we've reserved a room for kids fall break. Hotel restaurant apps and food were very good. I would suggest bringing your own pool towels. In room toiletries have a very earthy smell to them if thats not your thing.

Cons: Paying $20 a day for parking. Reserved a King Suite... bed was most definitely a Queen. Sheets were uncomfortable, scratchy and felt cheep - will bring my own next time we come. Went to use the shampoo on the last morning and it was empty. Dried out dog poop in a few places around the grass area of pool deck.

Pros: The location, the amenities, the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff, always professional and upbeat. Very nice establishment

Pros: The scenery was fantastic! Convince was Outstanding! Breakfast was Outstanding! The beach 🏖️ was phenomenal... however, BYOC they charge to sit on the beach chairs! Loved the Golf Cart Rentals for cruising around the city...

Cons: Bed was Hard, had bad backache waking up each morning. Parking fee was ridiculous. If someone is paying this amount of money to stay why charge to park in the parking lot of the hotel you're lodging in. Makes no sense! So many of HIDDEN FEES. We didn't find out about the deposit PER NIGHT until our check in at desk!
