Pros: Rooms were good. Location perfect .. close to national park, not to far from down town... Breakfast was good and swimming pool was nice... I would come back again.

Great hotel but too much plastic!

Pros: Waited a long time for our rooms to be ready, the lady on reception upgraded us for free for the inconvenience. The rooms were great, bed linen lovely. Breakfast was ok, too much plastic being used, no separate bins for paper plates

Pros: Home away from home. We had to mandatory evacuate for hurricane milton. We live 6 and a half hours from this location. We were able to check in early and they were so nice

Will most assuredly stay again!

Pros: Breakfast was done perfectly! Familiar menu, but all hot items prepared with care!

Cons: Had to wait 45 min beyond stated check inn! Counter attendant handled issue very professionally and pleasantly!

Was good enjoy the jacuzzi

Pros: For the breakfast maybe because was Monday no have nothing milk juice is only one flavor etc, the bread is old and I see 🪳 cockroach in the room small and one bigger next the elevator but the place is clean. The personal and installation was good

Great hotel ruined by receptionist being rude

Pros: The hotel was lovely, the room was clean, great location. Exactly what l wanted. Would definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable, a home away from home and very friendly staff who helped make it more enjoyable.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Danecia was extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating to me during my stay and helped make my experience a very positive one.

Cons: The refrigerator in my room kept over freezing but it wasn't a huge deal. Mostly everything was great here.
