Recommended beach vacation

Pros: Great Location. Affordable being so closed to a prime area like Rosemary Beach. 7 min walk or 2 min bike ride to Rosemary center or to its private beach access. Spacious and well equipped including dishwasher. Nice decoration with high quality furniture and materials, High ceilings. Hot tub, Warm swimming pool. Free adult bikes and rental available at 1 minute walk to complete the bike set for rhe kids. Even in low season Rosemary had all we needed to relax, beautiful beach, nice walks and bike rides, good restaurants. Weather in Christmas was good enough to enjoy the beach, and swim (the brave ones or used to cold water in the sixties), and great for hiking and dining open air.

Cons: Noise from neighbours above (not good floor insulation). Dark inside being a ground floor with not many windows. No kitchen smoke extractor. Reported clogged shower and they did not come to fix it.

A great condo for anyone looking for a small but perfectly refined spot to explore the best of 30A

Pros: The property was immaculate and very well decorated. Instructions were clear and helpful.

Great Value Stay

Pros: Extremely convenient location, nice design and easy parking! Overall just a fantastic value for what we got.

Cons: Water heater is small and definitely would be challenging for six people. We had difficulty with just four. Fold out couch was not especially comfortable but the trundle bed worked well for us.

Pros: Exactly as advertised. Location is excellent for getting to all that Rosemary and 30A have to offer. Very quick and easy walk to the beach.

Cons: You would have to nit-pick to find a negative

5 days in the paradise

Pros: The place is beautiful decorated and very clean. The location is perfect and it’s great to have access to the bikes and the private beach.

Cons: We were 5 people and one of us had to sleep in the sofa-bed. It is incredibly uncomfortable.

Perfect for family, location is incredible.

Pros: This room was fantastic for our family. The staff was so easy to get in contact with and quick to handle anything. The location is probably the best you can get in terms of being able to get to everything. The best part was the proximity to the pool. Our baby monitor was able to reach the pool so it allowed us to lounge by the pool while our little one slept. Additionally, it had all the amenities one would need for a family trip with kiddos. Cannot recommend enough. We will be back :)

Pros: We loved our stay at 30A. The condo was in walking distance and biking distance to all the amazing amenities that rosemary and alys beach had to offer. Beautiful layout in the condo, very clean and well kept. The emerald veSuch a great experience.

Pros: Beautiful renovated unit perfect for two guests. Perfect location , close walk to entertainment shopping and food/drinks.

Perfect for a quick couples trip. Everything in very close proximity.

Great location- the place was updated, clean, and decorated well.

Pros: The property was a great location. Across the street from the beach, many restaraunts and activities within walking distance. We didn’t have to drive once upon our arrival that’s how close everything was!

Cons: They only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper. For a place that is suppose to hold up to 6 people this feels a bit stingy. There was also a small fridge/freezer so keep this in mind if you’re planning on buying groceries.
