Great location, view and pool, but tired in the inside.

Pros: Fantastic location, view, beach and pool, lawn with chairs to watch sunset and super moon rise was awesome. Well maintained grounds. Position on the gulf and within easy drive of WaterSound parkway, 98, airport and Panama City shopping. The big bonus was having the brand new Publix now open at WaterSound parkway and 98. No wasted time in traffic on this vacation.

Cons: It was not clear where laundry and public restroom facilities were on the property. We never found them. Also not clear whether the kayaks and other toys near the clubhouse next to tennis courts were for community or private use , so we did not use them. Our unit had very dated furnishings which did not matter much to us but may to other renters. Ultimately the only complaints I had were a very loud exhaust fan in the Master Bath and the kitchen faucet was slow, the sprayer was broken and spout was too low to fit over large pots/pans to easily wash and rinse. Pots and pans were very worn out. I’m glad I brought two of my own. Overall we made due.
