Pros: I loved that it was clean, comfortable, modest, well-stocked and in a great location with nice community ammenities. It was not too fancy or too worn. It was exactly what we needed. We had a great visit to the area and were sad to leave.

Cons: I did not like that the added fees nearly doubled the advertised cost. The nearby construction and 30A road noise were noticeable in the early morning for those sleeping in the master bedroom.
