Loved the condo and the whole area, but absolutely hate the new private beach laws!

Pros: Loved the location and decor inside of the condo

Cons: It was advertised that there is a public beach access just steps from the condo, which is TECHNICALLY true, but… There was an ordinance passed in October 2023 which gave beach homeowners all of the rights from their property to the high tide mark of the ocean. This essentially turns all of the property directly to the left and right of the public beach access into private beaches. There are golf carts that will take you back and forth to the actual beach access approximately a half a mile away, but it’s an inconvenience that was DEFINITELY not made clear in the descriptions for the condo. This will be a huge problem in the future for the entire 30A area, so be aware when booking in the future.
