Overall we had a good experience and we noticed you are making improvements!

Pros: It was very clean! And we had easy access to the facility. We weren’t crazy about the door opens into the bedroom.

Cons: We did hear people talk about the verbiage on the signs especially in the elevators- they felt it sounded very angry… We did understand you need rules but maybe add something nice like we appreciate your cooperation??
