Overall Well Stay

Pros: The room itself was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip! Plenty of room and the view was beautiful on the big balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and dishes, great for our cooking nights. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable (too comfy because my husband wanted to sleep too much!) We had some troubles with the facility beyond the room but we are so grateful that the owner made sure our stay was fixed and we could enjoy the rest of our time. He even checked to make sure everything was going well.. So big Thank you to him! It is a great location for food, the beach, and activities. The facility itself has so much to offer, enjoyed the pools, the bars, the shopping, and the bowling/arcade. Loved that there was a beach wagon, it came in handy!

Cons: There were a few things that were hard. We had some trouble with registering for our parking and bracelets and the Laketown Wharf, staff would not help us, thankfully the owner fixed those issues personally! The Northside elevators broke, so it took almost 30 mins sometimes to get into an open elevator(we waited so long, our daughter was waiting on us after going down 11 flights of stairs). The best advice for that, walk that small walk to the 3 elevators in the front and you have a better chance of getting down. Next, the light show never worked (but giving props to the workers for trying to get something going). The rooms are not noise-proof! But even with all that, we still ended up enjoying our stay and it was a great location with plenty to do!
