Pros: Guest communication was good, location is great, number of ammenities at resort is exceptional. Just know this unit is very dated, needs updating. Floor is worn an scratched. Walls are worn and scratched. Shower could really use a new shower head. The condo building is also a bit worn as well. Doors that malfunctioned and an elevator that was broken the whole time we were there. There was one working elevator that had a long line to use much of the time.

It was great location and we love edge water.

Pros: Location and conveniences we needed for cooking and extra bedding was great

Cons: Just needed a little extra TLC in some areas. And maybe some rugs. We were in a battle daily with the sand and the floors🤣

Good place to stay, great view to the Ocean.

Pros: The ocean view and living room very comfortable and lot of space. Access to the pickleball courts was a plus.

Cons: Bathrooms are outdated and the TV in the living room should be bigger....too small for the size of the living room. Also, I made a complain about the electrical panel; missing two blanks to cover circuit breakers that are not present. If a family with children open the panel and stick their fingers inside of it, could result in serious injury.

Relaxing and secured

Pros: We really enjoyed the lagoon pool and the convenience of having on site restaurant and store we highly recommend this place for a great price
