Pros: Communication with the host was top notch from the day we booked our stay. Always got a response to any questions or issues we had. The furniture was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and comfy. Not outdated and sagging like you typically find. The view was fantastic on both sides. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful because I don’t have to do laundry when I get home. And finally, the elevators were only busy the weekend that we arrived specifically at check in and check out and dinner time. We have not had to wait a single time during the week nor when we were checking out this morning.

Cons: Not one of the 5 pools was heated. They were all freezing cold. The ocean temp was warmer than the pools. We spent a lot of time on the beach but the kids wanted pool time to. Also half of the restaurants were closed for the season. We had intentions of utilizing them all during our stay but had to make other plans.

Pros: We loved the view from our balcony and having a door out to the balcony from the master bedroom

Cons: The kitchen wasn't stocked with cooking items

Pros: The view of the ocean was EXCEPTIONAL! No better way to wake up and drink your coffee. Open floor plan which I loved, updated floors, large balcony with plenty of seating space to watch the sunset. Hotel is right behind the popular restaurant Pineapple Willy’s. Perfect distance for you to enjoy some drinks and walk safely back to the hotel. My 2 year old loved the kiddy pool as well.

Cons: Not that I didn’t like it, I expected a walk, but if you want beach FRONT, this is not it. It is about a 7 min walk to the beach (a walk across the parking lot and 1 road) But you do get a private boardwalk to get onto the beach. even with a two year old that wasn’t a bad walk though. Downfall when we left was there was no staff working for us to get a cart to pack out bags down.

Pros: Easy check in. Also the host was great about communicating.

Pros: I love the location and the amenities. It was in walking distances to many things. We had the best time here.

Cons: The floors were full of sand. They didn’t have a broom to sweep. The condo had a smell when we arrived. It wasn’t truly cleaned. The only complaint I had.

My family enjoyed our stay! We had a wonderful time. Definitely will book again

Pros: Location was great. Walmart close along with restaurants that were also good and close. Staff friendly and host was great.

Cons: First day, an elevator was broke witch caused long line because only could use one. Was fixed the next day and was much better.

Pros: The staff and our host was great we had great amount of space in our condo for a large family. And no issues.

Pros: Not noisy, great sleeping amenities, large roomy, easy access to beach and restaurants

Cons: Elevator temp both waiting area and inside car

Try to get a room on the first few floors in order to avoid the elevator nightmares.

Pros: Nice rooms with a decent sized balcony and bathrooms.

Cons: The elevators are atrocious. plan is n waiting 15-20 minutes each time you use one. Although there are three elevators on the north side and two elevators on the south side, it is guaranteed that at least one of them (sometimes all) will be out of service; it causes great frustration for everyone and there are a lot of people. We were 20 floors up and walking that many stairs is not fun.
