A nice four day stay that was reduced to less than two!

Pros: The condo we rented was very nice and well maintained. We did like the location and the pool area was great! The condo was well stocked for any necessities for our stay and the king bed was very comfortable!

Cons: We did not like paying the $50.00 parking fee, as it was open parking, with no cover from the weather. Also we ate at the sites restaurant and were charged a resort tax as well as a city tax and then another tax on our food bill/payment! We were told that the pool area would be closing at 4 o'clock on Wednesday and nothing would be open on Thursday, due to the hurricane warnings! We only had a four day stay at your resort, so we pretty much lost two days because of the closings, which caused us to leave for home early. No mention of reimbursing for time lost. Also, we were charged an $8 water fee, on top of all the other fees. Never heard of anything such as this! We were also messaged by the resort to please move any patio furniture from the units balcony to inside the unit, in the event of any possibly bad approaching weather, which I did and it weighs a ton!

But in all I do enjoy this place. Just simple little fixes.

Pros: The view , the location, this is my second time staying at this condo!

Cons: It has some minor repairs that could be done. Water in the kitchen barely came out ! The plug in behind the couch was broken and sparked. Rose petals all over the pull out couch !!!! Faucet in main bath handle was very loose! Table was missing from patio! Nothing to sit your drinks on. I had asked for extra towels , didn’t get them till the second day I was there. I had asked before I arrived.
