Nice house, good location.

Pros: The house was very clean and nicely set up. It was a short 3-4 minute drive to Beach Access 40 with parking. Loved the back patio. Very nice fenced in back yard. Beds were comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The a/c worked great!! Huge bonus. A few beach things for use in the garage.

Cons: The listing says 4 bedrooms, it is not. There are 3 bedrooms and then a pull out sofa in the living room. The parking only allows for 2 vehicles, there is zero room for any extras. The house is in a corner so it's hard to pull in and out of the driveway. Parking at beach access 40 was $72 for 6 nights for our extra vehicle. The house is in a gated community. Between the hours of 6pm and 6am you need a code to get in. After booking they sent us an invoice for the animals we were bringing, an extra $450. I had assumed it was already factored in when I chose a house that allowed pets.

Pros: The house was spacious the only thing that I did not like is the temperature of the house. The house was stuffy especially at night we all woke up with stock up noses. Doesn't seem like the air work at night or something. And the driveway location. We were blocked in or either blocking the neighbors entrance. But other than that we enjoy the house that was enough room. House was clean and had everything that we needed inside. The location was near everything that we wanted to do the arcade the beach the kids enjoyed the pool. I would definitely rent here again

Pros: Everything was excellent except the air conditioning cannot be set lower than 70 and check in is very late and check out is too early.
