Pros: The location was great and the view was amazing! We enjoyed waking up and seeing the beach/ocean right outside our window. The condo was as shown on the photos online; it was spacious and the full kitchen had all that we needed to make meals (plates, bowls, glasses, utensilts, cookware, etc.). The condo was clean upon arrival. The facility was clean, elevators were quick, and had easy access to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay at 804E at Splash.

Cons: The mattress on the king size bed in the bedroom was not comfortable at all. It was very hard and we ended up having to sleep on the two twin size bunk beds after our first night at the condo.The check in desk is only open until 3:00 pm, but check in for the condo is at 4:00 pm, so when we arrived we weren't able to get our wrist bands and parking pass. We were still able to get into the condo, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it just didn't make much sense that the check in desk closes one hour before the condo's designated check in time. During our stay one morning, we heard a loud knock at the door, then a few seconds later, a Splash employee unlocks our door and walks into the condo to change the air filter before we could even open and answer the door ourselves. We were not advised nor notified there would be maintenance happening during our stay, so having stranger walk into the condo during our stay without prior notice was off-putting.
