Well worth it!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartment with a front and center view of the gulf. The top bunk bed had a broken brace under it but the property management had it fixed within hours. Having a parking deck attached to the property is a huge convenience, even if you do need a map to navigate around the first day lol.
