Top of the Gulf 410 Beach Front Condo - Renovated!

Not for us!!!

Pros: It was clean. The shower head in the bathroom was wonderful. Very short walk out to the beach. Swimming pool was clean and plenty lounge chairs.

Cons: Bathroom very, very small. We had to call the rental company because toilet was stopped up and bathroom sink would not drain. Absolutely no where to hang clothes, wet bathing suits or wet beach towels. It is 1 big room and a bathroom, would not recommend for Adults needing privacy, good for a mother, father and 1 or 2 younger children. They have to many rules for the condo property. We rented a golf cart for 24 hrs, had to take it back because they would not let us park it on property. We were 4 adults, ages ranging from 55 to 60 years, not drinkers, not partying but felt as though we were being watched like teenagers. I understand the need for rules but this place just wasn't for us.

We had a great stay at this unit. It was roomy enough for a family of three. The bunk beds were a nice touch to add more

Pros: Location, room/decor, view, amenities, easy to check in.

I was there with my 2 children, we only stayed the weekend, but everything was great!

Pros: I loved that the beach was just a few steps away, and the resort had plenty of seating out back to watch/listen to the ocean!

Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like

Was a nice place to stay in. for the price was what I expected.

Pros: The room was beautiful and very easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Roku TV made it easy to use.

Cons: The towels and washclothes looked dirty. There could have been a few more kitchen assesories. No pizza pan, can opener or strainer. Pots and pans were Teflon and were scratched up. Walmart was just down the street so I picked up what I needed. No closet space either. Had to wear a wrist band the entire time to prove I was a guest. The hallways to the room are dark so bring a flashlight. It's kinda scary.

Perfect little getaway

Pros: Location right on the beach. Open floor plan and spacious. Great view. Easy checkin you just go straight to the room and punch in code no aggravating key cards to keep up with.

Cons: It smelled clean but I found hair in the bathroom sink/shower and on pillows in bed. Otherwise I would have given it a 10.

Pros: The room was very pretty and clean! The resort was clean and everyone we met was very nice! Great location!!

Cons: They do not allow Slingshots on property but they do make an exception for bike week, which we very much appreciate!
